How to Train Chatbot with Documents?
Train your bot easily by adding documents like DOC, CSV, PDF, PPT and more. Follow these steps:
Click on "Add New."
A window will pop up to add your documents.
Add your document there and start training.
How to Check Training Source of document?
To see how your chatbot is being trained from a document, follow these steps:
click on the document search icon.
Now, you will be redirected to debug lab and you can see the document source.
For more information, please refer to our documentation on searching, making changes, and removing chunks from the trained document. You can find it here: debug.
How to delete document?
Click on remove a document Icon.
