How Can I Change my AI Model?
With CivicAi, you can select the AI model that fits your requirements. Each model offers a different speed, accuracy, and cost. If your project needs change, you can easily switch to another model.
To Change the AI model, follow these steps:
Go to General settings
Move to Model Settings
Choose the model you want from the Model Setting drop-down menu.
Save your changes.

How to decide which model shall i use?
To decide which model to use, consider the following factors:
Purpose: Define a clear task that you want the model to perform.
Data Size: For small data sets, basic-small models may work; large data sets might require more complex models like neural networks.
Accuracy vs. Speed: Complex models often provide better accuracy but may be slower; balance based on your needs.
Resources: Consider available computing cost.
For example, GPT-4 is incredibly advanced and highly capable for critical tasks, but it's also expensive and take longer to answer. On the other hand, GPT-4o offers faster responses and is much more affordable.
Align these factors with your project needs to choose the best model. For more details, read our guide to Choosing the right AI model for your AI agent.
