CivicAi Chatbot's Pre-chat Form let you collect visitors information for better lead generation. Follow these steps to set them up:

1. Go to Settings > Leads.
2. Toggle on the Enable Pre-chat Form option.

3. Click Add Custom Field.
4. Enter a label for the field, such as "Birth date" or "Preferred Contact Time."
5. Select a field type, like text, number, checkbox, or date picker.
6. Click Save.
