How to Train Chatbots Using Unresolved Queries?
This feature is useful as it collects questions that the chatbot couldn’t answer and adds them in self-learning. Here are the steps to train using this self-learning:
From the Training section, go to 'Others' and select the 'Self-Learning' feature.
New section will appear
Questions that the chatbot couldn't answer will be listed here.
You just need to click on " train" button
A popup will appear. Correct the answer, then click "Start Training".
After training, This will be moved to the FAQ area.
How to remove unwanted question From Self Learning ?
To remove unwanted questions, You just need to click on delete Icon.
How to Delete an Entire Conversation From Self Learning?
You can delete an entire conversation at once. To do this, click on the multi-delete icon.
